Anti-Spam Policy
Last Updated: February 7th, 2007
You are not allowed to use SPAM of any kind in conjunction with our website. SPAM is defined by us as transmitting, directly or indirectly, email messages to any address belonging to someone who has not explicitly requested and consented to receive such messages from you.
Our definition of SPAM also encompasses the use of newsgroups, public message boards, and chat rooms to post advertisements where such newsgroups, message boards, and chat rooms do not allow the posting of advertisements or off-topic articles.
If you send email messages promoting our website, every address on your list must have subscribed to your list using verified optin methods.
THIS IS REALLY, REALLY IMPORTANT. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS SPAM PROVISION EVEN ONCE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED, YOUR EMAIL AND IP ADDRESSES WILL BE BLACKLISTED, AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED AS A SPAMMER TO YOUR ISP. DO NOT SPAM...IT'S NOT WORTH IT
Reporting Spam - If you believe that you have received spam from or through our facilities, please send a complaint from your email account along with the unsolicited email, with complete header, to spam@mywavepage.com
Please provide any other information that you believe may help us in our investigation. We do not investigate or take any action based on “anonymous” spam complaints.
