Follow along through the steps. We have tried to make them as clear as possible but if you are an internet newbie you do need to expect a little bit of a learning curve.

Just like we all had to, you will need to buckle down and learn some new skills.

The good news is...if we could figure all this stuff out then ANYONE can!

Ok, now you are ready to set up your site.

In a moment you will be given a link to setup your site. You can either do a full setup and add your picture, bio, and custom links right now or if you need time to get a picture and write a bio you can setup a basic site now and come back and customize later.

Step 1

Your first step before you setup your site is to click

You must fax in your agreement within 48 hours of setting up your site or it will be taken down, so be sure to follow up.

You are entering into a DROP SHIP agreement with Schroeder Publishing meaning you will get paid CASH via paypal from your customers and then you will turn around and pay Schroeder Publishing the wholesale price to have products drop shipped.

You have two plan choices with Schroeder Publishing.

OK, next step, here are the links to setup your site, click on the links below in order to get started and follow the simple three step process.

As I mentioned earlier you can simply fill in the 'How People Will Contact YOU' section and leave the rest of the form blank and we will insert a generic bio and picture to get you up and running straight away or you can jump to the next step and completely customize your site NOW.

As mentioned in the Wave Page agreement you faxed in, there is a one time $45 customization charge to have the tech's do this work for you.

This also includes unlimited technical support for your site which is way cool!

Complete both steps of the setup including making the payment to the support team even if you plan on customizing your site later on.

Customization of Your Site

This area is where a lot of people get bogged down.

Don't let this stuff stop you from your goal.

You can do it now, you can do it in a week, you can do it in a month.

The job in front of you is to make your new Wave Page
YOUR WAVE PAGE.

Your prospects need to meet you and know if YOU might be the one who can help them.

They also want to know that you are not
"THE INTERNET BOOGIE MAN"

So when we created the Starlink Marketing System we designed it to not be just some old replicated site featuring guru #122 but a site featuring YOU.

For the first time you can BRAND YOURSELF without knowing how to do all this fancy stuff like building sites and writing ebooks.

The site was designed for YOU.

So now it's time to make it yours.

First...you will need a photo.

Don't tell me you don't have one.

You are probably looking to make THOUSANDS in marketing.

You NEED a photo.

If you do not have one, grab a digital camera and start shooting.

No digital camera????

Use a regular camera or disposable camera and get your photos developed onto a CD.

You can do this at any photo place. Cost's like $4 extra.

Next you will need to write a bio.

Look at the one on your site now...

You can edit this one or write one all your own. You have a 2500 character limit.

Go for it. Let your visitors KNOW you and how you can help them.

Don't give a big pitch on your product or service...let them discover what you market on their own. Let them know you are a good, honest person to do business with.

Serve them, invite them to our community if you would like and let them know its OK to call you.

Next you will list your favorite books, favorite quotes and what you like to do for fun.

JUST BE YOU!!! YOU ARE GREAT!!!

Last but not least you will be listing your links to whatever you promote.

You will list the words you want your visitor to see and then the ACTUAL LINK you want your visitor to go to when they click.

Here is an example:

When you click on it, you are taken to www.amazon.com

Try it...you will see.

So your job is to pick 4 places you want to send your visitors to and the text that will appear on your site for them to click on.

You can send people to your opportunities, blogs, personal sites, etc.

It's up to you.

No problem.

You can add more later.

Getting Cool Domain Names For Your Site

Your next step is to register cool names for your web pages.

You can use the names that your site comes with but they are long and hard to say, look funny in an ad and truthfully, not very cool.

For example, my splash page is
www.mywavepage.com/dcallahan/spellbound.html

Try saying that on the phone to a prospect!!

Crazy...Right???

So I recommend you register "domain names" for your pages.

A good example is www.123CashFlowSystem.com That's Diane Hochman's splash page and www.DianeHochman.com That's her Wave Page.

Get the idea?

You can actually go and pay $9.20 for a cool name that you will own and then you point it to your long web page name so you can just use the cool name in your advertising etc.

It's kinda like call forwarding...you dial one number and it goes to another number.

In this case they type in one of your cool website names and it takes your prospect to your splash page or payment page.

You will need at least two website names if you want to do a slick job at marketing.

You actually have five (5) payment pages. One for Each Schroeder Publishing Product. You only can sell the products you own though.

So if you want you can get a name for the payment page of any of the products you own.

You don't need all 5 at once if you are on a budget, but I will tell you that having a great name for your payment page sure helps if you are on the phone and you want to send your prospect to buy.

Ok...so now you need to go LEARN how to register a domain name if you don't already know how.

To register your domain names go here: World's Largest Registrar - GoDaddy.com

You will need to create an account and read the directions.

Purchase your domains and then follow the directions to forward them to your web pages.

Learning this skill is a critical part of becoming a marketer so take your time and don't get frustrated if this is all new to you.

It was all new to me not so long ago too and I figured it out :)

There's a great Frequently Ask Questions (FAQ) at Godaddy.com, definitely use it if you need help.

Once you have registered your domain names and forwarded the names to your websites you are ready to market!!!!

But before you go out and start marketing let's make sure you know how to fill all the orders you are about to get.

Getting Products Drop Shipped

The last thing you really need to know to get into action is how to get your products drop shipped to your customers.

Remember...when people order from you, you get CASH in your pocket and YOU are responsible to have your customer's order drop shipped to them.

When someone places an order you must IMMEDIATELY go to the bottom of your wave page and login to the members area.

You received your login info when you set up your page.

Log in and on that page you will find a link to the Drop Ship product's page.

Find the one you want to have drop shipped and click on the paypal button to pay Schroeder Publishing.

Be SURE to put your customers name, email and shipping address in the note box.

Do not change the shipping address in Paypal. That is how the office knows who the order is coming from.

And there you go.....your order will be shipped by Schroeder Publishing.

Thats It!

YOU Are Ready to Roll.

Ok....it's time to get down to business.

You have one job, and one job only.

Drive traffic to your splash page.

Fill your hopper...get people into the system..

As many as you can...as fast as you can.

Soon you will get training on how to get people but first I want to give you an overview.

Basically people will fill in your form on your splash page, begin to get letters, and become very familiar with Joe.

He will constantly entertain and educate your prospects for you.

Then he will point them towards all the reports and articles on your wave page and your payment pages.

Your job is to get them to know YOU.

You will send them personal emails, write snail mail reports, and make a few calls so they feel you are safe to speak to.

You will invite them to conference calls etc.

You get the idea.

Back in the past you could just let autoresponders do all the work.

The net has changed...BIG TIME.

If you do not BRAND yourself and get your prospects to feel comfortable with you...You are dead in the water.

Think about it.

You joined me because you felt comfortable with me.

You liked Joe's stuff but you felt comfortable with me.

Your people need to know YOU!

Remember...if you are marketing Spellbound, which is a 2 tier product which pays $200 on 2 levels...you and I are BUSINESS PARTNERS.
